A single-column design based on a massive load-bearing column with a layered sandwich structure (MDF/HDF), connected to the top and bottom plates by a system of four steel threaded rods. The stands are engineered as a precise mechanical energy control system for high-end bookshelf loudspeakers.

Dimensions and finishes can be individually tailored to specific loudspeaker models. The version shown is designed for KEF Reference 1.

The column is finished in natural wood veneer (Salvador rosewood – high gloss), while the plates are made of 12 mm high-strength structural steel (S355) in black finish (semi-matte, fine texture).


Structure and vibration control

Rogoz Audio stands are designed as systems controlling the flow of mechanical energy between the loudspeaker and the floor.

The central element is a sandwich-structured column with non-uniform material properties, promoting internal dissipation of vibrational energy.

A key role is played by four steel threaded rods made of S235JR carbon steel, running through the entire height of the column. These elements bind the structure into a system with controlled stiffness.

By adjusting the preload of the rods, it is possible to precisely control compressive and tensile forces within the structure, influencing vibration propagation and damping — similarly to solutions used in RP series audio racks.

The bottom plates feature an irregular geometry with no parallel edges. The variation of characteristic dimensions reduces the formation of symmetrical resonance modes and minimizes the risk of standing waves within the structure.

This geometry promotes even dissipation of vibrational energy throughout the stand.

Adjustable spikes made of NZ3 steel (with increased silicon content) provide stable point contact and controlled energy transfer to the floor. This material offers high hardness and resistance to micro-deformation, ensuring stable coupling.

As a result, mechanical energy is not stored within the stand but dissipated in a controlled manner.
