A single-column design based on a rigid, bolted steel structure. The stands are engineered as stable supports for bookshelf loudspeakers and form an integral part of the audio system, responsible for vibration control and optimal operating conditions.

The top and bottom plates are made of thick steel with a thickness of 8 mm, ensuring high rigidity and resistance to deformation. Both the plates and structural elements are laser-cut, guaranteeing precise geometry and consistency. The 101.6 mm column diameter increases structural rigidity and overall stability.

The top and/or bottom plates can be laser-cut into virtually any shape, including complex outlines (e.g., curved edges), allowing precise matching to the base of a specific loudspeaker model.

The images show an example version with plates shaped for KEF iQ3 loudspeakers. Plates can be manufactured to match a wide range of other speaker designs.

For custom shaping, a simple hand-drawn outline of the speaker base can be provided, which is then digitally refined and prepared for precision cutting.

The stands are finished in white (high gloss).


Structure and vibration control

Rogoz Audio stands are designed as systems controlling the flow of mechanical energy between the loudspeaker and the floor.

Loudspeakers generate mechanical energy that, if not properly controlled, may lead to resonances and coloration. Unstable support (e.g., furniture) introduces additional variables such as flexing, structural vibrations, and uncontrolled energy transfer.

The rigid steel structure, low center of gravity, and mass-loading capability reduce micro-movements and stabilize the loudspeaker’s operation.

Rogoz Audio stands are designed as interconnected systems — the mechanical properties of the selected steel alloys are part of deliberate structural tuning.

The column also serves as a ballast chamber, allowing it to be filled with suitable material (e.g., quartz sand). The ballast increases mass, lowers resonance frequency, and acts as a filter for higher-frequency vibrations.

The adjustable spikes are made of hardened steel with elevated silicon content (NZ3), ensuring precise and stable point contact.

The spikes are decoupled from the floor using Rogoz Audio G15 isolation pads.

As a result, mechanical energy is not stored within the stand but effectively controlled and dissipated.


Sound performance

In practice, this results in improved bass control, greater naturalness of sound, and improved stability of the soundstage with precise imaging.
